Decision of the General Assembly
Our company, with the decision of the General Meeting of its shareholders dated 23/07/2025, decided to reduce its share capital by reducing the nominal value of the share by thirteen euros and fifty cents (13.50) per share, i.e. a total reduction of three hundred five thousand five hundred five (305,505.00) euros.
